This latest addition, marking the brand’s 9th showroom in Odisha, offers a diverse collection of world-class footwear, leather accessories, bags, travel gear, sports shoes, and activewear, all at affordable prices.
Founded in 1952 by freedom fighter Late Suresh Chandra Dey, Sreeleathers has been steadfast in its commitment to providing comfortable footwear to Indian consumers at minimal costs. Upholding the principles of quality products and customer satisfaction, the brand has cemented its position in the comfort footwear and daily-use leather accessories segments, catering to a broad customer base.
Renowned for its strong customer connection, Sreeleathers’ oldest store in Jamshedpur, known as the “Steel City of India,” proudly boasts of high customer loyalty spanning over two generations. The brand’s success owes much to its franchising strategy adopted across various parts of India.

The introduction of the SL Premium category, focusing on comfort and style, has received positive feedback from both retail and online consumers.
Looking ahead, Sushanto Dey, Partner and third-generation family member, shared the brand’s future growth plans, with a particular focus on performance-based sports shoes. “Sreeleathers aims to introduce a separate sports line offering high-quality shoes for sports such as badminton, volleyball, and basketball, while ensuring affordability for customers. The range of active wear and sports shoes will be sold under the brand name of SL Sports,” he said.
