Bengaluru, May 17, 2024 (TBB Bureau): Acer Group, a global leader in IT and technology solutions, has made a significant entry into the consumer electronics market in India with the launch of the Acerpure brand. The launch event, held in Bengaluru, marked a major milestone as Acerpure aims to revolutionize the industry with innovative and advanced consumer electronics and home appliances tailored to the unique needs of Indian consumers.
The event was attended by prominent figures including Andrew Hou, President of Pan-Asia Pacific Operations at Acer Group; Harish Kohli, President & Managing Director of Acer India; Sudhir Goel, Chief Business Officer of Acer India; Stanley Kao, President of Acerpure Inc.; Vasudeva G, Director of Acerpure India; and Sunil Vachani, Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Dixon Technologies.
Acerpure India is introducing a wide range of consumer appliances designed to enhance everyday living. The lineup includes state-of-the-art TVs under the ‘pure vision’ banner, Acerpure Cool Air Purifiers offering ‘pure breath,’ Acerpure Amrit Water Purifiers ensuring ‘pure water,’ Acerpure Cozy Air Circulator Fans for ‘pure comfort,’ and Acerpure Clean Vacuum Cleaners providing a ‘pure feel.’ Each product is meticulously crafted to meet the discerning tastes of Indian consumers.
The highlight of the launch was the unveiling of Acerpure TV, featuring cutting-edge technology and an immersive viewing experience. Available in sizes 32, 43, 55, and 65 inches, Acerpure TVs boast enhanced contrast, deeper blacks, dazzling brightness, Dolby Atmos sound clarity, a thin bezel design, multiple connectivity options, and a powerful processor. Future models will include OLED TVs, Mini LED TVs, and Gaming TVs, setting new standards in the Indian Smart TV market.
In addition to TVs, Acerpure showcased a variety of consumer electronics such as Air Circulator Fans, Water Purifiers, Hand-held Vacuum Cleaners, robotic Vacuum Cleaners, Hair Dryers, and Hair Stylers. The company also announced plans to expand its product range to include refrigerators, Air Conditioners, and Washing Machines.
Acerpure’s launch is further strengthened by a strategic “Make-In-India” partnership with Dixon Technologies, a leading Indian electronics manufacturer. Dixon will begin manufacturing Acerpure products, starting with TVs, in its facilities. This partnership aligns with India’s “Make in India” initiative, aiming to boost local manufacturing, create jobs, and foster technological innovation.

Acerpure products, including Air Purifiers starting from Rs 9,990 and Air Circulator Fans starting from Rs 7,490, are now available for purchase on the Acer Online Store, Acer Exclusive stores, and other leading online platforms. Other products like Acerpure TVs, Water Purifiers, Vacuum Cleaners, and personal care items will be available in the market in the coming months.
