RANCHI, AUGUST 24, 2024 (TBB BUREAU): Anil Kumar Jadli has been appointed as the new Director (HR) at NTPC, effective August 23, 2024.
Starting his career with NTPC in 1993 as an Executive Trainee, Jadli’s progression to the top HR role highlights his dedication, commitment, and hard work.
Jadli holds a postgraduate degree in Organic Chemistry from Garhwal University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from MDI, Gurgaon. He has also completed management and leadership training at ESCP-EAP in Paris, Berlin, and Turin.
Over a career spanning more than three decades, Jadli has amassed extensive experience in both line and HR functions. After spending approximately ten years in line roles, he transitioned to HR in 2004, overseeing various HR facets across NTPC’s projects in different capacities, including as Head of HR. Since 2020, he has been a key player in Corporate HR, contributing significantly to the development and execution of various HR strategies and initiatives.
Jadli is a proponent of the “people before Plant Load Factor (PLF)” philosophy. With his diverse experience, he is expected to drive significant advancements in NTPC’s HR practices.
