In addition to these internal events, TPSODL has encouraged and facilitated its employees’ participation in various marathons and state-level competitions. Notable among these are the Tata Ultra-Marathon, VTRA Visakha Trail Running Association runs, Yendada Marathons, and other regional races. This support has allowed TPSODL employees to represent the company on larger platforms, demonstrating their commitment to fitness and sporting excellence.

Two employees, Simhadri Manikanta and Santosi Gouda, have already achieved notable success at the state level and are now gearing up for national-level sports events. TPSODL is providing them with essential resources and support to ensure they are well-prepared to excel in their respective fields, reflecting the company’s dedication to nurturing talent and creating a supportive environment for sports enthusiasts.

Emphasizing the broader significance of the initiative, TPSODL CEO Amit Kumar Garg said, “Sports Day is more than just a celebration of athletic talent—it’s a reflection of our values. Sports teach us discipline, perseverance, teamwork, and the importance of setting and achieving goals, all of which are essential to our success as an organization.
