Dr. Mahapatra received the award from two distinguished figures: Dr. Kiran Bedi, India’s first woman IPS officer and the 24th Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry, and Mr. Amit Sachdeva, widely regarded as the “CSR Man of India” and the founder of the Mahatma Award.
