This landmark event honored 272 veteran contractors, acknowledging their invaluable contributions to the construction sector alongside their families, dealers, and the broader contractor community.
The initiative aims to celebrate the craftsmanship of veteran ‘Rajmistrys,’ revered as ‘Gurus’ within their profession. These seasoned masons have not only excelled in their craft but also played a pivotal role in mentoring the next generation of contractors.
In Odisha, the celebrations were particularly heartfelt, as Dalmia Cement representatives recognized 107 distinguished contractors. Each honouree received a special trophy, mementos, a shawl, and a uniquely crafted photo album showcasing their career achievements and impact on the industry.

The initiative holds special significance during Vishwakarma Puja, as Lord Viswakarma is venerated as the deity of craftsmanship. Since its inception in 2020, Dalmia Bharat has expanded the initiative’s reach and impact, solidifying its role in nurturing relationships and building trust within the contractor community across the Eastern region.
