15 KISS students clear Odisha Civil Services Exam

Bhubaneswar, October 20, 2024 (TBB Bureau): In a remarkable achievement, fifteen students from the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) have successfully cleared the Odisha Civil Services (OCS) Examination 2022. The results were announced by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Saturday.

The students who made the institution proud are: Nandakishor Patra and Nilamadhab Patra from Kalahandi; Rajes Kisan and Suman Kujur from Sambalpur; Sanjeev Hasdah, Tikilimani Soren, Rameswar Hembram, and Lambodar Hembram from Mayurbhanj; Biswanatha Ranjan Kishan from Sundargarh; Jagajivan Majhi from Bolangir; Runita Pradhan from Kandhamal; and Shyama Madi from Malkangiri.

The success of these students from KISS, a renowned institute for its commitment to the upliftment of marginalized communities, has brought immense pride to their families and the institution. KISS has consistently produced achievers in various competitive exams, and this year is particularly noteworthy with 15 students excelling in the OCS.

Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder of KIIT and KISS, expressed his delight and extended heartfelt congratulations to the successful candidates.
