The Bhubaneswar Chapter of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has received ICSI Best Grade ‘C’ Chapter Award of the Institute for the year 2019. The award was presented to the Bhubaneswar Chapter Managing Committee during the 48th National Convention of Company Secretaries held at Indore recently.
During the award ceremony, ICSI President CS Ashish Garg and Vice President CS Nagendra D Rao other dignitaries were present.
Bhubaneswar Chapter has already bagged ICSI National Award 5 times and also received Award under Grade C category several years.
The Bhubaneswar Chapter of ICSI was established in the year 1981. At present it has 3 examination centres and 5 study centres. It also signed MoU with Berhampur University, IIM, Sambalpur, Birla Global University, Sri Sri University, GIET University and National Law University of Odisha. At present there are around 2,000 ICSI students and 400 members in Odisha.
