TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), a joint venture of Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, has commenced its Ethics Week 2025 celebrations from February 24. The week-long observance will conclude on March 3, marking the birth anniversary of Shri Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata, the visionary founder of the Tata Group. This initiative underscores TPCODL’s steadfast commitment to ethical business practices, integrity, and transparency.
The event was inaugurated by Arvind Singh, CEO and Principal Ethics Officer, TPCODL, along with the senior leadership team, setting the stage for a series of engagements centered on ethical leadership and Tata Group’s core values. The Ethics Pledge was administered across all Circles, Divisions, and allied offices of TPCODL, reaffirming the company’s dedication to upholding the highest standards of governance and trust.
Inspired by the legacy of Shri Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata, whose vision established ethical excellence as a fundamental principle across the Tata Group, TPCODL integrates these values into its operations. Ethics remains the cornerstone of the organization’s culture, shaping responsible decision-making and strengthening stakeholder relationships.
