The Paradip Port Trust (PPT) has been adjudged “Port of the Year” in the Non-containerised Cargo category in the Eastern Star Awards 2022 held in Kolkata recently.
The 7th edition of East Coast Maritime Forum 2022 concurrent with Eastern Star Awards was held by Exim India Shipping Times on February 24.
PPT Deputy Chairman AK Bose along with DTM Sriman Mishra received the award from Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. Chairman & Managing Director HK Joshi.
Congratulating team PPT, Chairman PL Haranadh said that the award reflects PPT’s continuous efforts towards setting new benchmarks in operational excellence across the Port Industry. He appealed to all the stakeholders to continue their best efforts to scale further heights in the days to come.
