Leading barbecue restaurant chain, Absolute Barbecues in Bhubaneswar, has kicked off its Street Food Festival featuring an exotic spread of Indian street delicacies here. The festival which began on April 20, will continue till May 1.
To add to the joy, popular Ollywood actress and model Sheetal Patra visited the food fest as a guest of honour on Friday and indulged in the delicious goodness of the festival’s special delicacies.
“India is truly an amalgamation of cultures and this Street Food Festival has successfully presented India on a heavenly platter. The festival is designed to provide food connoisseurs with an ideal opportunity to indulge in their favourite Indian street dishes. Showcasing a plethora of cuisines from all over India, the festival’s special menu has dishes like Hyderabadi Biryani, Mangsho Aloo Jhol, Satay Chicken, Bora Ghugni, Churrasco Chicken, Baked Alaska, Chhena Poda, Raj Kachori, Popsicles etc.
The outlet also offers a 3+1 deal for their dinner buffet from 6.30 pm to 7 pm every Monday to Saturday where patrons can visit the restaurant in a group of four and pay only for three.
