Aamir Khan adds new luxury property to his portfolio in Mumbai’s Pali Hills

Mumbai, June 27, 2024 (TBB Bureau): Renowned actor Aamir Khan, often referred to as ‘Mr. Perfectionist,’ has recently expanded his impressive real estate portfolio with the acquisition of a new residential property in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra suburb. The prestigious property, located in the affluent Pali Hills area, was purchased for Rs. 9.75 crore.

With this new purchase, Aamir Khan further cements his presence in one of Mumbai’s most elite neighbourhoods, showcasing his affinity for prime real estate investments.

According to property registration documents accessed and analyzed by SquareYards.com, the deal was finalized on June 25. The new property, located in Bella Vista Apartments, is ready-to-move-in and boasts a carpet area of approximately 1,027 square feet. The transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 58.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.

Bella Vista Apartments, where the new property is situated, is renowned for its tranquil environment and verdant landscapes, offering a serene contrast to the bustling city life. Pali Hills, one of Mumbai’s most prestigious residential areas, is home to numerous celebrities, industrialists, and expatriates, making it a highly sought-after locale.

This latest acquisition adds to Aamir Khan’s already impressive collection of properties in Pali Hills. The actor owns multiple units in both Bella Vista Apartments and Marina Apartments, which are currently slated for redevelopment.

Aamir Khan, who last starred in the film “Laal Singh Chaddha,” continues to be actively involved in the film industry. His latest production, “Laapata Ladies,” is currently streaming on Netflix, while his much-anticipated return to the big screen in “Sitaare Zameen Par” is speculated to be released during Christmas this year.
