Rajgangpur, August 18, 2024 (TBB Bureau): Dalmia Vidya Mandir Rajgangpur, an educational institution under the CSR initiative of Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited, marked Raksha Bandhan with a distinctive blend of traditional celebration and social responsibility. The event, held ahead of Shravan Purnima or Rakhi Purnima, focused on fostering a sense of unity while promoting a crucial anti-drug awareness message among the youth.
The school’s vibrant celebration featured a rakhi-making competition where students showcased their creativity, followed by the traditional tying of rakhis, symbolizing the bond between brothers and sisters. This was not just a festivity but a platform to deliver a powerful message against drug addiction. Students actively participated in spreading awareness about the harmful effects of drugs, demonstrating their commitment to addressing this critical issue.
