BHUBANESWAR, JULY 8, 2024 (TBB BUREAU): Arindam Sinha has taken on the role of Regional Executive Director (RED) at NTPC (Eastern Region-II) Headquarters, commencing his duties on July 5, 2024. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Executive Director, Corporate Operation Services.
Sinha holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, and has been with NTPC since 1988.
Throughout his career, Sinha has held various pivotal roles in Operations and Maintenance across NTPC stations at Farakka, Sipat, Kudgi, Talcher Thermal, and Kahalgoan, where he also served as Project Head.
With an extensive tenure of 36 years in the Power Sector, he brings a wealth of experience to his new position. Sinha has further enriched his expertise through training modules at MDI Gurgaon and international programs in France, Germany, and Italy.
