Competing in the Group Instrumental Music Classical category, this remarkable achievement was secured at the Science Centre in Tukurla, Bargarh, where they outperformed participants from five districts: Bargarh, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, and Deogarh.

The victorious team from DVM included five exceptionally skilled young musicians: Nancy Deogam (Class X), Disha Agarwal (Class XII), Samridhhi Pandey (Class XI), Anwesha Das (Class XI), and Aditya Mohanty (Class IX). Guided by their talented music teacher, Sweta Sekhar Jaipuria, the team delivered a mesmerizing performance of the Indian classical Raag Bhairav, leaving an indelible mark on judges and audiences alike.

Aditya Mohanty brought the rhythm alive on the tabla with his performance in Teen Taal Madhya laya, while Samridhhi Pandey enriched the melody with the Swarmandal Jhala. Disha Agarwal anchored the harmonics on the Tanpura, and Anwesha Das added a dynamic layer with her skills on percussion and ghungroo. Together, they presented a balanced and deeply evocative rendition that set them apart from other teams.

Dr. Rosetta Williams, CEO of DVM Group Schools, expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the students and commended their exceptional dedication to the classical arts. “This victory reflects the commitment and hard work of both our students and faculty.
