In a recent transition of leadership, Mohit Shaw assumes the role of Chairman at the Eastern India Regional Council (EIRC) of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for the year 2024.
The outgoing Chairman, Soumya Sujit Mishra, expressed confidence in Shaw’s ability to steer the council through a dynamic year ahead. Surya Narayan Mishra, the Region Director (East), extended his best wishes to the newly appointed Chairman. Shaw, in turn, acknowledged the commendable efforts of immediate past Chairman SS Mishra and sought his continued guidance for upcoming initiatives.
The event was attended by Anuj Saraswat, the newly elected Vice Chairman, Sudhir Banthiya, former chairman of EIRC, and other members and officials from ICSI.
The key office bearers for the Eastern India Regional Council of ICSI for the year 2024 are: Mohit Shaw (Chairman), Anuj Saraswat (Vice Chairman), Bishal Harlalka (Secretary), and Santosh Kumar (Treasurer).
This transition marks the beginning of a new chapter for the council, with Shaw at the helm and a dedicated team ready to drive impactful initiatives throughout the year.
