National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) on Tuesday announced that it has entered into an agreement for the purchase of office premises from IDFC First Bank Limited.
The transaction involves the acquisition of office premises situated at Naman Chambers, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai – 400 051.
The agreements have been executed between NSDL and IDFC BANK.
