Swayamsiddha Ladies Club, NTPC Coal Mining Headquarters under its CSR initiative distributed clothes to inmates of Adarsh Viskashan Old Age Home, Ranchi on Thursday during the ongoing chilly winter season.
Under this program, the Ladies Club provided sarees and dress materials to the needy senior citizens of the old age shelter home.
The noble initiative was held in the presence of Swayamsidha Ladies Club President Rekha Jain.
Jain and other members of the Club spent some quality time with the inmates of the old age home and interacted with them regarding their wellbeing.
On the occasion, Vice Presidents Lakshmi Murthy and Purnima Shrikhande, General Secretary Mansa Verma, Joint Secretaries Deepa and Parmeshwari, and Cultural Secretary Sapna Pareek were present.
The ladies welfare wing of NTPC Coal Mining Headquarters has been extending its support including skill development to the underprivileged and needy people of the society under its various welfare and CSR initiatives with a spirit of giving back to the society.
