NTPC Swayamsiddha Ladies Club felicitates Blind School Teachers on Teachers’ Day

Swayamsiddha Ladies Club of NTPC Coal Mining Headquarters in Ranchi on Teachers’ Day felicitated the teachers of one of the oldest schools of Ranchi, St. Michael Blind School, residential school for children with visual impairment.

On this occasion, Mahua Mazumder, President, Swayamsiddha Ladies Club conveyed good wishes to the teachers on the occasion of Teachers’ Day and shared that it is the day to value and honour the remarkable role that the Teachers play in our lives.

Members of Swayamsiddha Ladies Cub interacted and spent some quality time with the visually challenged children of the School and distributed health drinks etc. and thereafter, the program was concluded by distribution of food items (Rice, Dal, Vegetable Oil, Pulses etc.) under its CSR initiative. Members of Ladies Club voluntarily and generously contributed to the noble cause for promotion of nutritious foods among children.

The initiative of the Ladies Club was appreciated by the Principal of the School, Sarita Talal and beneficiaries of the School. On this occasion, the Vice Presidents of Ladies Club, Sanchita Konar, Lakshmi Murthy and Kiran Dubey, Smitha Wilson, General Secretary, Snigdha Majhi, Reshma Behera, B Vaishalli, Mansa Verma and Apurva Trivedi and members of Swayamsiddha Ladies Club were also present.
