In a remarkable achievement, Paradip Port Authority (PPA) has set new records in cargo unloading, further cementing its status as a key player in the nation’s maritime logistics sector. On January 16, 2025, the port successfully unloaded 42 BOBR rakes, surpassing its previous record of 39 rakes set on July 15, 2022.
Besides, PPA achieved another significant milestone by unloading 45 Thermal Coal rakes on the same day, surpassing its previous best of 44 rakes, recorded just days earlier on January 12, 2025.
This exceptional performance showcases Paradip Port’s continued operational excellence, reinforcing its critical role in supporting the country’s industrial and energy sectors.
