POCO, India’s 3rd largest online smartphone brand, on Thursday launched POCO C31 smartphone in the Indian market.
The budget phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 processor. The phone comes with a 6.53-inch touch screen display with a resolution of 720×1600 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The Poco C31 runs Android 10.
The smartphone has a polycarbonate back casing and features a two-toned panel design. It also comes with P2i nano coating making it splash proof and has rubberised seals around the SIM tray for added protection. It packs a 5,000mAh battery that claims to last for up to 2 days. There’s also a triple rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel main camera.
Packing a balanced set of internal features, the device comes packed with a 13MP primary camera, 2 MP depth sensor, and 2 MP Macro sensor at the rear, thereby delivering clear and detailed pictures.
Optimized for durability, POCO C31 comes with a massive 5000mAh longer lifespan battery. This ensures the battery remains as good as new for almost 2.5 years (1000 charging cycles) compared to other batteries in the segment.
In addition, POCO C31 is protected by P2i nano coating to avoid damage from accidental water spills and gets added protection with corrosion-proof ports, rubberized seals, and 380V surge protection.
The smartphone, available in royal blue and shadow grey colours. is priced at Rs 8,499 for 3GB RAM + 32GB storage model. The POCO C31 4GB RAM variant with 64GB of internal storage costs Rs 9,499.
The device will go on sale in India starting from October 3 via Flipkart. The POCO C31 3GB/4GB RAM model will be available for Rs 7,999 and Rs 8,999 respectively, as a part of the launch offer.
