Located near the Puri Beach, BNR Hotel is a railway heritage property, known to offer comfortable stay to guests. The majestic colonial structure of this heritage hotel with well manicured, sprawling lawn will take any one 95 years back when the old Ashworth Villa was purchased by Bengal Nagpur Railway in 1922 and was converted to a hotel in 1925. The hotel had celebrated its Platinum Jubilee in the year 2000 with much grandeur and fanfare.

The hotel features 37 spacious rooms that have vintage design and beautiful artworks relating to the Indian Railways. All rooms are fitted with modern amenities, such as air-conditioner, cable TV and telephone. Selected rooms have private balconies from where guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea. There is a library and a room for billiards and table tennis.
