Rosmerta Group today announced the acquisition of Sensorise Digital Services. Rosmerta Group has been a strategic investor in Sensorise since inception. This acquisition reinforces the belief of group in the opportunities that M2M and IoT space are expected to provide in the years to come.
Rosmerta group is the market leader in several transport technology domains in India for more than two decades. In its journey, the Group brought many first-of-its kind innovative products, services and solutions in India such as High Security Number Plates (HSRP), Smart Card-based Driving License, and Vehicle Registration Certificates (DL, RC), Intelligent Transport Management Systems (ITMS), Automated Driving Test Tracks (ADTT), Automated Inspection and Certification (I&C), Vehicle registration services, OEM agnostic vehicle service platform.
