New Delhi, November 1, 2024 (TBB Bureau): SANY India has marked a major milestone in its expansion into India’s renewable energy sector with its wind energy division, SANY Wind Energy India Pvt Ltd. In a strategic move, SANY has secured wind turbine sales agreements totaling 1.6 GW, including a 1,324 MW deal with three subsidiaries of the JSW Group and a 300 MW contract with Sembcorp Limited’s India division.
This achievement underscores SANY India’s rapid rise and growing influence in India’s wind energy market, reflecting the trust industry leaders place in SANY’s advanced technology, product quality, and commitment to sustainable development. Aligned with the Indian government’s Make in India initiative, SANY is collaborating with domestic partners to boost localized manufacturing and reinforce India’s renewable energy infrastructure.
