From January 13th to 16th, Angul’s Savitri Jindal Airport witnessed its maiden air adventure activities, turning the skies into a canvas for captivating aerial displays. Paramotoring, parasailing, and hot-air ballooning took the spotlight, offering a thrilling experience for participants and spectators alike. This extraordinary event, part of Jindal Steel & Power (JSP)’s ‘Dil Se’ employee engagement program, marked a historic moment for Angul.
JSP employees, accompanied by their families, government officials, and residents from nearby villages, collectively embraced the novelty of this unprecedented event, capturing timeless moments through their lenses.
In collaboration with Vertical India Group, the event catered to both seasoned adventure enthusiasts and those engaging in such activities for the first time. The ‘Dil Se’ Initiative drew around 600 participants, including employees and their families, actively immersing themselves in the excitement of these rides. The atmosphere at Savitri Jindal Airport buzzed with joy and a sense of unity within the JSP family throughout these days.
This initiative not only reiterated JSP’s commitment to the well-being of its workforce but also showcased the company’s ability to innovate and create unique opportunities for employee engagement.
