Copenhagen/Mumbai, December 12, 2024 (TBB Bureau): Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, has solidified its collaboration with Telenor Denmark (TnDK), the second-largest mobile operator in Denmark, by signing a five-year agreement to deliver advanced IT infrastructure services.
Under this extended partnership, TCS will provide ITIS managed services, ensuring robust and seamless operations for TnDK from its state-of-the-art delivery center in Europe. Over the next five years, the collaboration will leverage TCS’ cutting-edge automation technologies to optimize IT infrastructure, reduce operational costs, and enhance service delivery for TnDK’s 1.6 million subscribers.
Since the partnership began six years ago, TCS has implemented its Machine First Delivery Model to modernize TnDK’s IT landscape. The renewed agreement reflects TnDK’s trust in TCS to navigate the complexities of the evolving telecom sector.
