On January 10, 2024, TPWODL hosted a Business Associates meet at Hotel Grand Siba in Sambalpur, Odisha, aiming to foster stronger relationships and establish enduring partnerships.
The gathering included TPWODL’s CEO, CFO, Chief-Commercial, and Chief-Contracts & Stores.
Rahul Kumar, Chief-Contracts & Stores, delivered the welcome speech, followed by addresses from the leadership team.
TPWODL CEO Gajanan Kale highlighted plans for a new production unit in Odisha, expressing gratitude for support, emphasizing safety, and committing to a conducive work environment.
Approximately 80 Business Associates engaged in 11 KV/33 KV O&M and support services, covering security, vehicles, housekeeping, manpower support, and hospitality services across TPWODL participated in the event. The collective order value for these activities amounts to Rs. 275 crore, providing employment to around 8500 individuals in Odisha.
Heads and Managers from various functions presented expectations on safety, statutory compliance, industrial relations, ethics, and innovative ideas to meet organizational targets. The Business Associates appreciated the opportunity for open discussions on concerns and grievances.
