Ziqitza Healthcare Limited, a leading provider of emergency medical services in Odisha, has unveiled its new social responsibility program, ‘Committed to Care,’ at a launch event held at the Patia Urban Community Health Centre (UCHC) in Bhubaneswar on Friday.
The initiative began with the distribution of 10 Automatic Blood Pressure Machines to nine hospitals across the state. The event was attended by prominent figures, including Dr. Asim Mohanty, Medical Officer In Charge of Patia UCHC, and Sabyasachi Biswal, Senior Vice President of Ziqitza Healthcare Limited, among other healthcare officials.
Dr. Mohanty commended Ziqitza’s efforts, stating, “The company’s dedication to public service is impressive. Today’s donation will significantly enhance diagnostic capabilities and improve patient care across Odisha.”
Biswal highlighted the initiative’s broader impact, saying, “The ‘Committed to Care’ program is our way of supporting hospitals with critical equipment, helping them better manage emergencies and improve overall patient outcomes.”
Ziqitza Healthcare Limited operates 1,360 ambulances across all 30 districts of Odisha, including six boat ambulances for remote areas. Their Centralized Call Center in Bhubaneswar coordinates these services, which have aided over one crore patients statewide. The company’s efforts aim to provide accessible, high-quality emergency care and reinforce its commitment to community welfare.
