Society for Agricultural Research and Management (SARM) in collaboration with Centurion University of Management and Technology (CUTM) and NISER, Bhubaneswar will be hosting an international conference on agriculture and rural development: AGRIVISION-2023 form Jan 27 at CUTM, Bhubaneswar Campus.
Scientists, research scholars, and students from India and abroad will be attending the three-day conference both physically and virtually.
The sessions are categorized as Scientific Session, Poster Session, Exhibition and Fanner-expert interaction.
Various PSUs and central and state government institutions namely ICAR-NRRI, CMFRI, CIFA, CIFRI, FSI, NIFPHATT, GSI, CTCRI, CHES, CIWA, CDB etc. and companies like Companies Thermo Fisher, Standard Biotools will be participating in the exhibition which will be inaugurated by Odisha Agriculture Minister Ranendra Pratap Swain.
Renowned scientists Dr. Trilochan Mohapatra, Dr. Mrutyunjay Mohapatra, Dr.Ajit Kumar Shashany, Dr. C. Kole, Dr. KC Bansal and Dr. Ravishankar CN who have devoted their life for research & development will be honoured with Life Time Achievement Award
Four women entrepreneurs – Rashmi Sahoo of Frozit, Baishakhee Jena of Flowra Sanitary Napkins, Sushree Sangita Priyadarshini of Kaagaja Phula Arts and Durga Priyadarshini of Gaumaya Agro Paints Pvt. Ltd. – will be honoured with “Women Entrepreneur Award” on the occasion.
