Centurion University and Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited (RBBL) of Nepal formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Thursday, aimed at strengthening the capacity of RBBL employees. The signing ceremony, held at Centurion University’s Paralakhemundi campus, marks the beginning of a strategic collaboration between the two esteemed institutions.
The primary objective of the MoU is to provide comprehensive capacity-building training to RBBL employees, with an annual target of 500 individuals. Through this initiative, Centurion University aims to equip RBBL staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively navigate the dynamic challenges of the financial sector.
This partnership highlights the shared commitment of Centurion University and Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited to fostering excellence, innovation, and sustainable development. Together, they envision a future where empowered individuals drive positive change and contribute to the advancement of society.
Key representatives from Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd. and Centurion University actively participated in this collaborative program. Notable individuals from Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd. included Debesh Prasad Lohani, Deputy Executive Officer; Durga Kumari Kandel, Deputy Executive Officer; Binod Nyoupane, Manager; Bhim Prasad Ghimire, Chief Manager; and Padma Laxmi GC, Chief Manager. Dr. Binod Atreya from the Banking, Finance, and Insurance Institute of Nepal (BFIN) also graced the occasion.
