Indian tyre industry major and market leader in radial tyre segment, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd on Thursday inaugurated a unique first brand shop offering “One Stop Solution” to Commercial Vehicles (CV), Passenger Vehicles (PV) and Farm Segment, in Cuttack, thereby further expanding their last mile presence in Odisha.
The one-stop solution brand shop – Shree Ambica Auto was inaugurated by Sanjeev Sharma, Head-Mobility Solutions & Fleet Management, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. along with other senior officials of the company.
With the establishment of the shop, JK Tyre’s network is strengthened to 12 outlets in East India and 73rd in the country.
Sprawling over 8000 square feet area, the facility is an amalgamation of Steel Wheels, Truck Wheels and Farm brand shop under one roof which is aimed at catering to customers holistically. Strategically located at NH 55 in Cuttack, the facility is curated to provide ease of access to its customers providing them with end-to-end solutions for trucks and buses, passenger vehicles and farm tyre care. The state-of-the-art facility is equipped with highly trained technical advisors, wheel servicing equipment, full range of Smart tyres and regular tyres for CV, PV and Farm, and an experience zone show casing JK Tyre’s retail identity for its exclusive stores.
The ultra-modern equipped flagship shop has been designed to provide best-in-class customer solutions thereby strengthening JK Tyre’s network presence in the country.
The launch of the shop in Odisha is in line with the company’s aim to bolster its retail presence in Odisha and across the country. JK Tyre has an expansive network of over 600 Brand Shops across the country to provide the best inline services enabled by high-quality machinery including computerized wheel alignment, tyre rotation, nitrogen inflation, and tyre inflation, all under one roof to provide a 360-degree experience to the customer.
Propagating a safe environment for the customers, the new showroom has a series of actions and safety precautions such as Contactless Services, digital payments, trained technicians with all safety measures, Truck sanitization, etc. to ensure the safety of the visitors. JK Tyre, in its commitment to ensuring consumer safety, has implemented stringent safety protocols in line with the government mandate across its entire retail network.
