The Realtors Association of Odisha (ORA) on Wednesday announced that it will be organising a mega conclave with the theme ‘Innovate RE Odisha’ here on Friday to deliberate and explore on innovative trends, technology and sustainable practices of real estate sector. It will provide participants the opportunity to learn latest trends and can network with industry leaders, ORA said at a press conference today.
The conclave will witness participation of industry leaders, experts and stakeholders and explore a wide array of innovations reshaping the real estate sector, both globally and in the Odisha market, said Swarup Ranjan Mohapatra, Chairperson, Innovate RE Conclave while reiterating the demand for securing industry status for real estate sector.
As part of the event, an expo will showcase Odisha’s emergence as a major market for real estate investment and growth, he added.
With massive development and demand for residential properties, the expo will shed light on the expansion of real estate offerings, including commercial spaces, hospitality, logistic parks, retail, warehousing, IT parks, data centres and many more as such diversification not only reflects evolving lifestyle preferences but also positions Odisha as a prime destination for investors seeking diverse opportunities.
Speaking about the ‘Innovate RE Odisha’ conclave, ORA President Sheikh Mairjul Haque said, “As part of the program a panel discussion will be held on RERA, Government regulations and policies, Networking and Collaboration and future of real estate.”
A property expo will be organized to showcase top projects of leading real estate developers, he added.
