Parliamentary Committee visits Gandhi Peace Center

Members of the Parliamentary Committee on Law, led by Cuttack MP Bhartruhari Mahatab, visited the Gandhi Peace Center near Khandagiri Square in the Capital City on Tuesday.

Among others, Gandhi Peace Center Bhubaneswar Head Rajneesh Jha, NALCO Director (HR) Radhashyam Mahapatro and senior officials of the Aditya Birla Group were present during the Parliamentary Committee’s visit to the Center.

The Gandhi Peace Center, built on five acres of land, is a digital interactive museum promoting Gandhian values and principles among the people, particularly youths.

Jointly built by the Odisha Government and the Aditya Birla Group, the Gandhi Peace Center was dedicated to the people of Odisha by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on February 22, 2020.
