Paradeep Phosphates Limited (PPL) celebrated the 10th Foundation Day of its Group Adventz on Tuesday.
PPL chief Ranjit Singh Chugh inaugurated a number of events to mark the celebration. The day started with Swatchh Bharat initiative at Township, followed by mini marathon, cyclothon and plantation drive.
Chugh also inaugurated a dedicated Mobile Health Unit for the villagers of CSR project area. The mobile health unit will attend any medical emergency immediately. A CSR Photo exhibition was put up in the Township displaying the CSR activities carried out by PPL.
Employees who have served the organization for more than 30 years, 20 Years and 10 Years were felicitated.
Chugh in his speech elaborated how PPL is an important component of Adventz Group and how it is contributing immensely for the growth of the Group. He thanked all the employees and their family members for working in a disciplined manner during Covid pandemic. He expressed happiness that PPL’s production and other targets have been achieved despite the Covid pandemic.
Adventz Group comprising Paradeep Phosphates Limited, Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited and Zuari Agrochemicals Limited, holds a larger market share in fertilizer industry in the country. Beside agri-business, the group is also having presence in the field of engineering, real estate and consumer products.
