Leading barbecue restaurant chain Absolute Barbecues at Infocity in Chandaka Industrial Estate here, has laid out a wide range of exotic seafood for food lovers of the Capital City at its food festival “Sea Feast” which started on Friday.
The fortnight-long “Sea Feast” to be concluded on March 5, will transport one to a whole new world of delicacies that will tickle the taste buds with the unique flavours of marine delights.
This year’s seafood festival aims to enthral diners with the freshest and tastiest catches from the seas. The festival features the best of seafood from around the world, and the signature dishes include Baracuda, Crispy Fried Anchovy, Snapper, Shark, Stingray, Eel, Bombay Duck, Malabar Tawa Mackerel, Seafood Paturi, Red Snapper, Nellore Fish curry, Butter Garlic Prawn, Seafood Bisque, Bombil, Fish Roe, Octopus, Seafood Paella, Malabar Tawa Mackerel apart from the regular options in desserts and mains.
