A team comprising 38 persons of Indian origin from 11 countries such as Mauritius, Suriname, Guyana, Argentina, Chile, South Africa, Trinidad & Tobago, Fiji, Myanmar and Sri Lanka visited Paradeep Phosphates Limited (PPL) plant site on Thursday.
The team Led by Manas Ranjan Patel visited QC Lab, DAP, SAP, PAP and Bagging Plant.
The visiting guests were given a presentation regarding facilities and achievements in terms of the Environment, Safety and Production.
PPL Unit Head & Chief Manufacturing Officer Pranab Bhattacharyya welcomed the team and thanked them for choosing PPL for an exposure visit.
PPL Head-Corporate Affairs Sudhi Ranjan Mishra coordinated the visit of the delegates.
Since 2020 Government of India is regularly conducting Know India Program (KIP) which is an initiative from the Ministry of External Affairs to showcase India to persons who are Indians by birth but not stayed in this country.
