TPCODL inaugurates state-of-the-art training centre in Bhubaneswar



In a bid to ensure skill enhancement, provide technical training and access to the latest training resources for its employees Tata Power Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL) on Wednesday inaugurated a state-of-the-art training centre at Baramunda in the capital city of Odisha.

The centre was inaugurated by Tata Power President Sanjay Banga in the presence of TPCODL CEO M Shenbagam and other employees.

The new facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including interactive display boards, audio-video conferencing capabilities, world class acoustic systems and a diverse array of multimedia tools. The centre will impart knowledge and build a culture of continuous learning amongst the employees.

Speaking on the occasion, Sanjay Banga said, “Our organizational culture thrives on technology and continuous upskilling of our employees. I congratulate Team TPCODL for taking this important initiative. We are confident that this new facility will help ensure that our staff is well equipped to meet the challenges of the modern work place.”
