Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) under its CSR initiative provided 6-month fully residential Skill Development Training on ‘Testing & Quality Control of Plastic Materials’ to the 25 ‘Divyang’ youths at Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology (CIPET), Bhubaneswar.
At the valedictory function of the Skill Development Training Programme, certificate of completion and joining letter from various plastic and allied industries were handed over to the Divyang youth making them self-reliant.
The project undertaken by MCL is unique in nature providing skill development and employment opportunities to the Divyangs.
MCL has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CIPET Bhubaneswar for providing 6-month residential Skill Development trainings to the Divyang youths from the operational areas of MCL.
