NTPC Regional Executive Director (Coal Mining) Partha Mazumder on Monday made a courtesy visit to meet senior IAS officer Nancy Sahay who took over the charge as Deputy Commissioner of Hazaribag on February 26.
Sahay was the CEO of Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society, Ranchi prior to taking charge as the Deputy Commissioner of Hazaribag.
Mazumder welcomed Sahay and conveyed heartiest greetings to her.
During the meeting, Mazumder expressed gratitude for getting all the support from Hazaribag Administration and apprised Sahay about the four coal blocks i.e. Pakri Barwadih, Chatti Bariatu, Kerandari and Badam located in the district of Hazaribag. Important issues pertaining to these mines were also touched upon briefly before during their discussion.
Deputy Commissioner Sahay assured Majumder of full cooperation from the administration.
