TVS Motor Company which reached the five million sales milestone for its family scooter ‘Jupiter’, today launched the new Classic special edition of the Jupiter to celebrate the achievement in style.
The Jupiter Classic differs from other variants in terms of styling and features.
On the feature front, the new TVS Jupiter Classic is equipped with a front disc brake, engine kill switch, all-in-one lock, a USB charging port, and a pillion backrest. Powering the scooter is a 109.7cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 7.37bhp and 8.4Nm. It rides on 12-inch wheels at both ends with telescopic forks and a monoshock. The fuel tank capacity of the scooter stands at 6 litres.
The visual add-ons include black mirrors and front fender garnish, a tinted visor, and a 3D black premium logo. Other new styling elements are handlebar end weights, diamond-cut alloy wheels, and dark brown inner panels. Further, the graphics visible on the apron and side panels are exclusive to this trim. In keeping with the theme, the new TVS Jupiter Classic comes with premium suede leatherette seats with back rest.
The new TVS Jupiter Classic is available in two colour choices including Regal Purple and Mystic Grey with a price tag of Rs 85,866.
